All booth applications require a 100% payment up front to secure booth space. All Sale price booth applications require full booth payment at time of purchase. This document, when signed by Exhibitor, constitutes a binding legal agreement and agrees that the. Exhibitor understands EMERGE/NEXT will assign exhibit space to the company name listed above on a space available basis. The individual signing this document represents and warrants that he/she is duly authorized to execute this binding contract on behalf of Exhibiting Company.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations of exhibit space MUST be received in writing via hello@emergenextleaders.com. Refund policy goes as follows:

  • Cancellations received by September 1, 2019 by 11:59 p.m. will be refunded the vendor space cost or amount paid to date, less an administrative fee of 10% – refunded received within 30 days after cancellation.
  • Cancellations received after September 1 through October 1, 2019 11:59 p.m. will be refunded 50% of a vendor space cost or amount paid to date. – refunded received within 30 days after cancellation.
  • Cancellation received on or after October 1, 2019 11:59 p.m.  will not be refunded.
  • Cancellation due to EMERGE/NEXT Leaders cancellation of an event, Exhibitor will receive no more than 100% of the vendor fee after 30 days.
